Okay everyone on here probably sick of hearing from me but thought I would put this out there one more time as I am really hoping to find local investors rather then out of state. I am open to any offers but here are a couple Ideas I was told are good offers.
1st being we are needing 6600.00 for the deposit on the building. if someone was willing to invest the 6600.00 we would then pay back the investor 1000.00 per month for 9 months or 9000.00
2nd being you invest the 6600.00 and we pay back 7500.00 over a 2 month period
3rd option would be someone just wanting to see a good safe place for the local kids to hang and have birthday and wants to put up the 6600.00 and have the 6600.00 paid back first before anything else.
THE INVESTOR WOULD NOT NEED TO GO ON THE LEASE!!!

ok after many emails people are wanting a piece of the pie as well so this is what I came up with for those looking to invest a little more and own a % of the business.
6600.00 for the deposit (paid back @ 1000.00 per month for 9 months beginning the 2nd full open month)
4400.00 to purchase 15% of the profits of the business. (this money would be utilized to purchase some equipment for the business to take full advantage of the party room space at night when birthday parties are not normally scheduled.
I guess beings this has been brought back to the top I can give a quick update on how things are going. We got the lease Signed and will be tentatively opening the doors on May 16th. There is still an investment opportunity here as one of the partners is wanting to be bought out the partnership due to difference of opinions between him and the other 3 partners. it would take the 5500.00 to buy him out. This would buy you into the partnership at 20% ownership as a Silent Partner. PM me if you would like more info. Also you would NOT need to be on the lease.
